PolarVisor
The PolarVisor interface provides numerous monitoring and analysis tools. PolarVisor alerts in the event of a leak, drift or risk of failure and advises in order to improve the performance of the installations.

Monitor, control and improve with PolarVisor
PolarVisor provides an overview of installations equipped with Intelligent Level Detectors and energy modules. At a glance, PolarVisor signals the presence of a leak, drift or failure and reports the operating data of the installation concerned.
In addition to monitoring the refrigerant level, PolarVisor offers remote management tools, a panel of alerts, and advice dedicated to improving performance and reducing the operating costs of refrigeration installations.
Accessible free of charge and at any time, PolarVisor supports and advises operators and designated users in the real-time management of their facilities.
PolarVisor expert reports alert when an anomaly is identified :
- refrigerant leak
- energy drift
- risk of compressor failure
- technical alerts: inconsistencies, wrong settings...
- faulty component, wrong configuration.
Beyond the alerts, PolarVisor supports in improving the settings of the installations in order to optimize their operation. The data are historized and numerous filters are available in order to consult the curves and data at a specific date or period.
It is simple to connect the DNI and the energy and floating HP modules to PolarVisor. Several options are available:
- Wifi
- Ethernet / RJ45 cable
- 3G / 4G modem.
The connection to PolarVisor brings many advantages such as assistance in identifying faults, extensive support from Matelex technical support and easier after-sales service. The exchange of information between the DNI and PolarVisor is secure thanks to data encryption.
