Webinar Refrigeration in supermarkets: What will today’s choice cost you tomorrow?

Tuesday 15 June from 9am to 10am : sign up !

The refrigeration market is changing. New solutions are emerging to help retailers adopt a more responsible approach, while combining performance and savings.

Climalife, in partnership with Matelex and Honeywell, is organising a webinar for supermarket operators to help them better understand the issues surrounding refrigeration and optimise their spending.

During this webinar, you will discover an independent decision-making tool that will help you make the right choices for your future installations, in a way that is responsible, economical and viable in the long term.

Matelex will also be showcasing its connected solutions designed to reduce costs and optimise the operation of both new and existing installations. Join us and discover the future Sentinelle web interface!

  • You are a shop manager in a hypermarket, supermarket or convenience store
  • You are a design office and advise supermarkets on their investment decisions
  • You are an installer and looking to better support your clients in their choices of refrigeration systems.

If you need to invest or advise your contacts on the choice of reliable, low-cost new installations. If you’re looking to secure your refrigeration production while reducing your carbon footprint: then this webinar is for you!

Refrigeration is a major item of expenditure at shop level. Choosing a refrigeration system means taking several criteria into account: the climatic zone, the architecture, the depreciation, the maintenance, the regulatory constraints, the expected reliability of the system, and the acceptable level of risk.

Decisions cannot be taken solely on the basis of the cost of the refrigerant and its GWP (Global Warming Potential), which have a minor impact on the total cost of owning and operating the system. Nor can an approach based solely on the choice of fluid minimise CO2 emissions.

Which factors really have a significant influence on total cost of ownership and overall carbon footprint, and which are negligible?

In this webinar, you’ll discover a decision-making tool validated by the independent institute Cemafroid. It allows you to compare different possible designs for your shop. This simulation takes into account numerous CAPEX-OPEX parameters (electricity prices, fluid prices, carbon tax, ROI, reliability, leakage rate, etc.) to simulate the robustness of your decision in the face of future uncertainty.

While we all know that efficient control cannot be achieved blindly, the analysis of data from installations offers new perspectives for refrigeration.

Measure, analyse and optimise: a 3-step approach to improving plant performance while reducing operating costs and environmental impact.

During this webinar, Matelex will be presenting a web-based solution dedicated to studying and monitoring the operation of installations in real time. With its remote monitoring platform, this easy-to-implement solution optimises the operation of your new or existing refrigeration plants..

Whether it’s a leak, an energy drift or a malfunction. The Matelex web solution supports you, alerts you and advises you on how to produce cold efficiently and safely.

See you on Tuesday, June 15th, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
